Well, I know exactly how you can fix that...
Go to Start>Run and type in "regedit" without the quotes. After it opens, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation. Your screen should look something like this now:
I took this screenshot after I had already edited the information, but you get the point. Change the "Manufacturer" key to your name or whatever you want it to be as shown in the following:
If you want to change the logo also, then insert an image in C:\Windows\System32\oobe named whatever you want it to be and save it as a bitmap (.bmp) just to be safe. Again, an example of mine is below.
Once you have done that, when you open the system properties dialog box, you should see your custom stuff.
I'll add how to change all the Media center and other logos later today if I have time.
