Tired of seeing this when you look at your system properties?![]() Well, I know exactly how you can fix that... Go to Start>Run and type in "regedit" without the quotes. After it opens, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation. Your screen should look something like this now: ![]() I took this screenshot after I had already edited the information, but you get the point. Change the "Manufacturer" key to your name or whatever you want it to be as shown in the following: ![]() If you want to change the logo also, then insert an image in C:\Windows\System32\oobe named whatever you want it to be and save it as a bitmap (.bmp) just to be safe. Again, an example of mine is below. ![]() Once you have done that, when you open the system properties dialog box, you should see your custom stuff. ![]() I'll add how to change all the Media center and other logos later today if I have time.
